Reed Fenton has developed a $250 million real estate portfolio in just a few short years. Fenton, who started Troy-based 814 CRE LLC (branded as EIG14T) with his childhood friend Jeff Julius in August 2014, says the company’s 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio of new and acquired real estate also has another $50 million under construction and $50 million slated to break ground this year. In all, 30 buildings are slated to come online in 2020 and another 50-plus the following year, he said.
