Four courses. Three judges. One winner.
This year, the team at 814 visited the Mirepoix Cooking School in Royal Oak, Michigan in a head to head cooking competition to see who could prepare the better dish. Split into two teams, members had to work together and follow the recipes to cook up a 4-course meal. Meals were judged on overall taste, creativity, and presentation in a wildly competitive, fast paced kitchen.
