Reed started EIG14T with the idea of improving the world we live in while also providing a platform to achieve financial success not just for himself, but for all that work, invest, or partner with EIG14T. This vision has evolved into a company with a culture second to none, that has a noteworthy track record and an operation highly refined to deliver on its promises. Reed serves as the CEO of EIG14T, with his primary roles being the strategic planning for both our company and our tenants, managing client relationships, and a relentless pursuit for a great culture. He has led the expansion of EIG14T into over 35 states with an ever-growing number of successful projects; none of which would be possible without the amazing leadership team, many of whom have been with us since our inception.
Although he takes pride in his professional achievements, they do not hold a candle to his greatest passion – marrying the love of his life, Nicole, and starting the next generation of Fentons. During the limited moments of time away from work, Reed enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and traveling the world.
