Joe joined EIG14T in May of 2015 as one of their first employees in the role of Project Manager, overseeing the construction of many local projects that EIG14T acted as both the developer and general contractor on. Joe gained valuable experience in working directly with the trades and being able to be onsite at various points throughout the project duration. As EIG14T began to expand its territory beyond Metro Detroit, Joe elevated to a Senior Project Manager position where he worked on multiple projects in several different states, working with general contractors that EIG14T contracted to oversee the construction of their projects. Since that time, Joe has become the Director of Construction and a Principal at EIG14T, where he is responsible for a team that oversees 50M in construction annually, in markets across the country.
Joe is married to his wife Brooke, whom he met in middle school, and they have two kids, Hazel and Jack. As a family, they try to do as much as they can together, including trips to Northern Michigan, being outdoors, spending time on a boat and occasionally, the local brewery. As a competitive cyclist, Joe spends his free time on long rides around Southeast Michigan or participating in local bike races.
