KinderCare recently opened it's first urban Detroit location.  The center is a 3-story facility in the heart of Midtown Detroit and adjacent to the largest hospital campus in Michigan.  EIG14T worked diligently to bring this project to fruition in an effort to serve the citizens of Detroit and demonstrate our commitment to this great city. 

This 2nd school is located at 2121 19 Mile Road in Sterling Heights, right at the corner of 19 Mile and Dequindre Roads and was delivered to Rainbow in the fall of 2018. EIG14T selected this site, took the project through the entitlement process and constructed from the ground up.
