EIG14T has been named Developer of the Year at the 2026 Michigan Real Estate Journal Awards, presented by REjournals. Winners were honored on September 17th. The program recognizes the projects, companies, and people shaping commercial real estate across Michigan.
REjournals has covered commercial real estate across the Midwest since 1985. Being selected as Developer of the Year in Michigan, where EIG14T is headquartered, makes this recognition especially meaningful for our team.
Recognition Built on Partnership
EIG14T provides turnkey development for education, health, and wellness operators. We manage the entire process, from site selection and design through construction and delivery, so our partners can stay focused on their mission.
To date, EIG14T has delivered 200 projects and developed more than 2 million square feet nationwide.
Additional Finalist Recognition
Two EIG14T leaders were also named finalists. Reed Fenton was recognized for Executive of the Year, and Joe Bianchini, COO, was recognized for Emerging Leader of the Year. Our recently completed project, the Primrose School of Bloomfield Michigan, was also named a finalist in the Education & Daycare category.
