EIG14T Named to Crain’s Detroit Best Places to Work 2025 — Our Third Consecutive Win

We are proud to announce that EIG14T has been recognized as one of Crain’s Detroit Best Places to Work 2025 — marking our third consecutive year earning this honor and placing 47th among companies across Southeast Michigan.

According to Crain’s Detroit Business, this year’s winners recognize the companies that have built strong cultures that attract and retain top talent, foster collaboration, and support employee growth — all while driving results.

The Best Places to Work list is developed in partnership with Workforce Research Group, which evaluates companies through both an employer questionnaire (20% of the score) and an employee engagement survey (80% of the score). The survey measures employee experience, role satisfaction, workplace culture, leadership, training, and work-life balance — making this recognition especially meaningful as it comes directly from our team’s feedback.

At EIG14T, we specialize in developing education, health, and wellness facilities that strengthen communities. Our ability to deliver on that mission starts with our people — the talented team who bring creativity, commitment, and expertise to every project.

“Being named a Best Place to Work for the third year in a row is a reflection of the incredible people who make up our team,” said Reed Fenton, CEO. “Our culture is built on supporting one another, and this recognition is a reminder that our success always starts with our people.”

Looking forward, we’re focused on empowering our people, embracing new opportunities, and ensuring our work positively impacts the communities we serve.
