Jeff leads the construction team, bringing plans to reality. He has experience in all facets of construction and continuously manages over $50MM in projects at any given time. He works closely with all employees, contractors, clients, and municipalities to ensure projects are built to the highest standard and delivered on time. Jeff graduated from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business and obtained his Master's Degree from Drexel University in Construction Management.

Reed leads the acquisition and development process for EIG14T. He has successfully implemented organic expansion plans for partnering tenants in over 20 states with a development and transactional volume greater than $400MM. His development expertise is further supported by a Finance Degree from Miami University's, Farmer School of Business and past career in Net-Lease sales.

Nick Hillard

Nick Hillard

Principal, Fund Manager

Nick is responsible for EIG14T’s investment fund management, and procuring debt for our portfolios. His real estate career began in London as part of the Development & Asset Strategy team of JLL, then several years as a commercial real estate broker directly participating in over $450,000,000 in sales of multi-family assets throughout the Midwest. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with double majors in Structural Engineering & Finance from Washington University.

Amy Labadie

Senior Development Manager

Amy is responsible for maintaining client and community relationships where she works closely with senior planners and engineers in coordinating all aspects of the development processes. She graduated from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College and was previously employed at UP Development where she guided various multifamily developments through complicated approval processes valued at over $60 Million.

Mark Kellenberger

Mark Kellenberger

Senior Development Manager

As the Senior Development Manager for EIG14T, Mark is responsible for overseeing the development process from concept to construction. Mark has managed projects in both the public and private sectors over his career, previously managing the expansion of Tim Horton's restaurants in the Great Lakes Region and most recently, the expansion initiative of the ALDI supermarket chain. Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University and is recognized as a Certified Planner (AICP) by the American Planning Association.

Samantha Coponen

Samantha Coponen

Development Manager

Sam is responsible for coordinating various development projects throughout the entitlement process, from property acquisition through permitting. She collaborates on concept layout design and interacts with local municipalities to obtain site plan approval. She has worked in the field of commercial real estate brokerage for the past five years and is a licensed real estate salesperson for the State of Michigan. Sam graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies.

Development Manager

As a Development Manager for EIG14T, Jon is responsible for coordinating various development projects throughout the entitlement process, from property acquisition through permitting. He has spent twenty years developing and managing large scale telecommunications site deployment programs. Jon graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning.

Erin Bourdic

Erin Bourdic

Marketing and Branding Manager

At EIG14T, Erin manages all facets of marketing and branding efforts, SEO and website maintenance. She has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and is a licensed real estate sales person for the State of Michigan. Previously, Erin held a senior marketing position at CBRE, which helped positioned her to success in development, finance, asset management and disposition. She attended Wayne State University and majored in Marketing Management.

Larry Jackson

Human Resource Manager

At EIG14T, Larry oversees all company HR Functions and provides strategic direction to support the business needs in the areas of talent, culture, and operational excellence. He has extensive human resources experience having worked in the Insurance and Automotive sectors. Larry is a University of Michigan graduate with a Master’s Degree in Education and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Oakland University.

As General Counsel for EIG14T, Jordan brings extensive experience in creditor's rights, real estate law, business transactions and litigation, and employment law. He was previously employed at one of Michigan's premier law firms and is a graduate of Amherst College (B.A) and The George Washington Law School (J.D.), and is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.

As the Controller for EIG14T, Holly is responsible for the overall accounting, financial and internal control functions of the organization. She has over 20 years’ experience in the fields of construction, land development and property management. Holly graduated from Walsh College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Prior to joining EIG14T, Holly worked for the Carlo Companies as Controller for their $250 million heavy highway construction division.

Staff Accountant

Autumn is a Staff Accountant at EIG14T and assists the Controller with all accounting and financial operations of the organization. She has 5+ years of accounting experience which includes managing 150+ leases for an early childhood education company. Her background encompasses a wide variety of accounting functions which has positioned her for success in her role as Staff Accountant. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor Degree in Business from Walsh College.

As Finance Administrator for EIG14T, Pete assists in procuring debt and fund management for our firm. He has over 30 years’ experience in accounting/finance with a concentration in the real estate industry. Previously, Pete was a Finance Director at McDonald’s Corporation where he was directly responsible for all real estate acquisition and reinvestment decisions related to over 700 restaurants. He is a Illinois State University graduate, CPA and a licensed real estate broker.

As a Finance Associate for EIG14T, Landen is responsible for aiding in debt and equity procurement and helping to manage our investment funds. He graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business majoring in Accounting Information Systems and completed his Master ’s in Accounting with a focus in Finance from Michigan State University. Most recently, Landen completed and passed the CPA exam. Previously, he worked for KPMG in the Real Estate Tax Services group and at Marcus & Millichap.

Tom is responsible for overseeing EIG14T’s projects from permitting to delivery, as well as the project management team. He works closely with clients, GC's,design teams, & the EIG14T team to ensure successful deliveries of our projects. Tom brings over 27 years of industry experience and has spent the last decade of his career growing successful project teams & implementing processes for successful operations. Tom is a graduate of the University of Denver where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.

Joe Bianchini

Senior Project Manager

Joe is responsible for the oversight and completion of construction nationwide, working closely with contractors and clients to ensure projects are built to the highest standard on time. Prior to joining EIG14T in 2015, he worked for Federal Mogul Corporation as well as his family business, Empire Tile & Marble Co. During those tenures, he was exposed to all facets of the business from physical labor to upper management. Joe graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising.

As a Project Manager for EIG14T, Rod brings 25 years of experience managing both public and private real estate projects on both a local and national level. In his role here, Rod will be responsible for bringing construction plans to reality and delivering our projects within budget and on time to our clients. Previously, he held a position with a REIT where he continuously managed over 600 projects taking them from entitlement to delivery. Rod holds a Bachelors Degree from Ferris State University.

As the Warranty Manager for EIG14T, Ron's focus is customer service. He is responsible for scheduling service and repairs during the warranty period for post-construction projects while maintaining customer satisfaction. Ron has been in the childcare sector for many years, most recently holding the title of Director of Facilities where he managed buildings and staff in over 20 states, along with grounds management and HVAC experience. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

As the Construction Administrator for EIG14T, Katie assists in the coordination of our construction team and contractors; providing a satisfactory experience for our clients. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a Project Management Certificate.

As the Construction Administrator for EIG14T, Dawne works in conjunction with the construction team and contractors to provide a streamlined project completion process for our highly valued clients. With over a decade of administrative experience, she prides herself on her strong organizational skills and quality customer service. She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Administration & Public Policy from Oakland University as well as a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan.

Superintendent

As a Superintendent at EIG14T, Paul is responsible for the projects in Michigan from buyout to turnover. He is able to draw upon his diverse background in logistics planning to ensure quality buildings are delivered and within the scheduled time frame. He is always looking ahead to ensure the process goes as planned not only for the trade partners that work on our projects, but for our tenants as well. Paul attended Arizona State University.
